Georgia Licensed Client Terms Attorney

A company is looking for a Client Terms Attorney to join the Conflicts and New Matter Intake team. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze client terms and outside counsel guidelines to identify risk and contractual issues Liaise with business and legal teams regarding negotiation of client terms Prepare responses to client audits and assist the Office of the General Counsel with related projects Required Qualifications Licensed to practice law with at least 2+ years of client terms review experience in a large law firm Strong analytical and organizational skills Able to negotiate effectively and influence colleagues Proficient in maintaining accurate records of terms negotiations Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
