Program/Project Manager II

Apogee Global RMS is seeking a Program/Project Manager II to support programs under the eCRAFT MANP2 labor category. This is a Key Personnel position supporting high‑visibility Navy engineering, modernization, and lifecycle initiatives.This candidate will drive disciplined program execution across planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontract oversight, and technical coordination — ensuring alignment with NAVSEA processes, milestones, and reporting expectations.Core ResponsibilitiesLead NAVSEA‑aligned program and project management activities across assigned portfoliosManage contract and subcontract performance, deliverables, and vendor coordinationDevelop and maintain program budgets, schedules, estimates, and progress tracking artifactsProvide full lifecycle program support, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeoutTrack spend rates, burn curves, and financial performance against LOE/CPFF task ordersBuild and maintain POA&Ms, milestone plans, and risk/issue logsSupport Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and updatesFacilitate technical meetings, capture action items, and deliver status reporting to Government stakeholdersCoordinate with engineering, logistics, and technical teams to ensure alignment with SOW and task order requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering or business from an ABET‑accredited institution10+ years of experience as a Program Manager supporting NAVSEA or related DoD programsDemonstrated experience with:NAVSEA program/project managementContract and subcontract managementBudgeting, scheduling, estimating, and performance trackingLifecycle program support and milestone managementPOA&M development and burn‑rate monitoringIMS support and technical coordinationAbility to obtain Government facility/network access; Tier 3 investigation required for on‑site DON system accessPreferred Skills & CertificationsPMP CertificationExperience managing CPFF/LOE or SeaPort‑NxG task order environmentsFamiliarity with NSWCPD, NAVSEA 05/07, or Navy modernization programsCurrent clearance level (if any) BenefitsWhy Apogee:Apogee supporting federal programs in this Top Tier engagement where compliance maturity directly impacts contract eligibility, mission readiness, and national‑level defense outcomes.
