Job Title: Python DeveloperDuration: 12-18 monthsLocation: Chandler, AZ (ONSITE INTERVIEW REQUIRED)Required Pay Scale: 60-65***Due to client requirements this role is only open to W2 candidates***Job Summary:Experience as Software Engineer and experience in multiplefrontend and backend languages (Python, JavaScript, Go, Java, and Bashscripting)Building Python-based agents that interact with:Implementing closed-loop automation (detect ? analyze ? remediate ?validate)Replacing static runbooks with dynamic, adaptive AI workflows for AIOrchestrating multi-step actions across network, security, and cloud domainsDesigning agents that operate consistently across:Handling provider-specific APIs vs. abstracted control layersSupporting hybrid decision logic (edge vs. cloud vs. DC actions)Experience on a team of software engineers that design and develop web-basedsoftware solutions and automation.Skilled in developing solutions for network defined automation and/or cloud ITsolutions, including CLI, API development and Integration with network andsecurity productsExpertise in Django, Flask and FASTAPI framework, multiprocessing,multithreading and event-drive application development.Experience with Front-End development frameworks, such as React, VUE orAngular.Deep understanding of data structures, and object-oriented programmingprinciples.Experience with relational databases like SQLite, MySQL, including datamodeling and query optimization.Understanding of IT standards, controls, and application security developmentApplication development methodologies and infrastructure as well as analytical,planning, and organizational skillsProficiency in executing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) anddelivering automated software testing.Public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)About Matlen SilverExperience Matters.
