Resident Services Coordinator – Immediate Opportunity
Location: Riverdale, NY
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Holiday rotation required)A well-established senior care organization in Riverdale, NY is seeking aResident Services Coordinatorto support resident care and quality-of-life initiatives within a multidisciplinary care team. This role plays a key part in coordinating services, supporting residents and families, and assisting with department operations in a long-term care or senior living environment.Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing resident services and supporting the social services department.
Coordinate care plans and support residents and families with service needs.
Conduct assessments and assist with case management and discharge planning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and resident satisfaction.
Support initiatives that enhance residents’ quality of life within the community.Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
Pursuing or eligible forNew York State LMSW certification preferred
2+ years of experiencein geriatrics, long-term care, healthcare, or case management
Experience withdischarge planning, assessments, and resident/family supportstrongly preferred
Strong communication and customer service skillsCompensation & Benefits
Salary:$66,300 – $72,000 annually
