This is not a traditional employee role; it’s a micro‑business inside a fast‑growing AI ecosystem.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Trainer–Partner. The Trainer–Partner will be responsible for Selling cohorts to individuals, teams, and organizations using our proven frameworksDelivering training using the official PromptLogicOS™ curriculumHosting weekly office hours during active cohortsProviding light coaching to help students implement the systemBuilding long‑term relationships with companies adopting PromptLogicOS™Representing the brand with professionalism and clarityEvery trainer receives access to the full Trainer Certification Course, Trainer Manual, and marketing assets.QualificationsYou’ll thrive in this role if you • Entrepreneurial and motivated by building your own client base• Confident teaching, coaching, or facilitating groups• Comfortable selling or consulting with business leaders• Skilled at communication, presentation, and relationship‑building• Interested in AI, productivity systems, or organizational transformation• Excited to grow inside a structured, premium ecosystemRequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in education, business, marketing, IT, or related field and/or professional training certifications with equivalent work experience.Expertise in B2B sales, consulting, business development, human resources, and/or training deliveryFamiliarity with artificial intelligence technologies, their applications, and practical use cases in business settings.Strong communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills tailored to diverse audiences.Ability to work independently to deliver results while collaborating effectively in a virtual environment.Experience in evaluating training outcomes and providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.A track record of working successfully with diverse teams and stakeholders in various industries.PreferredExperience in partner management is a plus.Knowledge of Thinkific course design and deliveryBackground in enterprise work environmentsCompensation and TravelThis is a commission‑only, independent contractor role.You earn 35% and up per student you bring into a cohort (based on our Teams & Enterprise plan pricing).Top trainers routinely generate• $3,000–$7,000 per cohort• Additional revenue from optional coaching• Higher commissions for corporate dealsThis structure rewards trainers who build relationships, sell effectively, and deliver high‑quality training.Travel varies. Trainer-Partners have discretion in setting their own travel schedule based on meeting client needs for training and coaching, although our business model is designed around on-line app and tools, on-line course delivery, and online coaching support primarily.
