You’ll have a strong interest in current design trends, a curiosity across different creative disciplines, and a genuine passion for learning and developing your craft.Working closely with designers, creative leads, and internal teams, you’ll help bring ideas to life across both print and digital formats. You’ll be someone who’s eager to get stuck in, contribute creatively, and continuously build your skills in a fast-paced agency environment.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the development of engaging creative work across print, spatial and digital projectsInterpreting and developing client briefs alongside creative and client services teamsResearching projects and contributing ideas to strengthen creative outputWorking with wider studio teams to deliver high-quality design solutionsFollowing established brand guidelines and key visuals across campaigns and assetsPreparing artwork and documents to print and digital production standardsDemonstrating strong typography and layout skills to communicate ideas effectivelyPresenting concepts and creative work to internal teams and clients where appropriateSupporting internal and external communications design when requiredContinuously developing your creative, technical and conceptual skillsWhat We’re Looking ForA strong interest in graphic design, branding and visual communicationUnderstanding of current design trends and creative best practicesBasic understanding of print production and digital design standardsGood knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignUnderstanding of typography, layout and designing to grid systemsAbility to adapt creative work across different media and formatsStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnAbility to follow creative direction and interpret briefs effectivelyGood communication and collaboration skillsPositive attitude with a proactive, team-focused mindsetAbility to manage your time and work to deadlinesCurious, motivated and excited to create great workOur Values at IMAWe’re curious.
