Job Role- Program Manager (SAP/MDM)Location- NJ-HybridDuration- 12+Months ContractKey ResponsibilitiesA Master Data Management (MDM) Program Manager's responsibilities include: Developing and implementing data management strategies, defining data standards, overseeing data governance policies, designing and optimizing data workflows, and training teams on data management practices.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining master data: Ensuring that master data is accurate, complete, and consistent across systemsCollaborating with teams: Working with data owners and other MDM team members to resolve issues and align data with business needsParticipating in projects: Taking part in MDM projects and initiativesCreating a program management planEnsuring programs align with the organization's strategic planDefining program controlsPlanning the program budgetManaging risks and issuesCoordinating projectsRolesA Program Manager, with overall years of exp between 15 and 18.Been throuhg the ranks of Project Manager, responsible for implementation.Ideally must have minimum of three enterprise level implementations (MDM).Exp in SAP will be optional, however good to have.Should have understanding of Business scenarios and converting it to MDM Business logic.Should have a crystal clear understanding of the various scenarios that are being used in the project.Should have skills to convert Business Requirements into Technical Specifications. Build MDM repositoryDevelop MDM solutions for workflows, de-duplication, validations etcExp in creating MDM Project documentationFacilitate Data load and syndicationOther responsibilities, optional.Design solution using SAP MDM
