Your Role: As an Onsite Supervisor, you will oversee daily workforce operations, maintain communication with client management, supervise employees, and ensure a safe and productive work environment. Position DetailsPosition: Onsite SupervisorLocation: Lost Hills, CASchedule: Monday Friday, 6: 00 AM 3: 00 PMWeekends and overtime required as neededPay Rate: $21.00/HR Benefits Medical, Dental, AD&D, Vacation, Flex, Holiday, Telemedicine, Bereavement, Anniversary Date, and Paid Sick Leave (PSL) RequirementsMust be bilingual in English and SpanishValid driver s license required Key ResponsibilitiesOversee employee attendance and punctualitySupervise and support onsite employees professionallyMaintain communication with client management regarding daily operationsPrioritize tasks and ensure operational deadlines are metHandle workers compensation and injury-related incidentsConduct safety meetings and safety walksManage employee timekeeping and attendance recordsMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reportsIssue corrective actions and disciplinary documentation when necessaryKeep employee records and databases updatedAssist with onboarding and orientation of new hiresPerform additional duties as assigned What We RequireHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious supervisory, warehouse, or staffing experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and WordAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent client service and relationship-building skillsBilingual in English and Spanish required Full Steam Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
