Job Title The Employer Sales Representative handles digital health sales and business development for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH). Focuses on the digital portfolio of virtual healthcare products. Manages sales efforts to boost BSWH's digital health presence and drive adoption among enterprise clients. Implements sales strategies to grow BSWH digital health products through partnerships and client engagement. Manages sales forecasting to ensure accurate predictions and alignment with revenue targets. Collaborates with BSWH's marketing team to create and execute a cohesive brand strategy. Communicates the value of BSWH digital health products to patients, healthcare providers, and partners. Essential Functions of the Role Sells digital product offerings and drives business development activities for BSWH. Identifies and segments potential clients for product offerings, focusing on distribution partners, employers, and other key stakeholders. Develops sales lead generation strategies and monitors the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads. Manages and delivers sales presentations to prospective clients and distribution partners, tailoring pitches to meet specific client needs. Communicates sales performance to executive leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Establishes a feedback loop between sales and product teams. Continuously refines BSWH's digital health offerings based on client feedback and market trends. Collaborates on planning and executing branding guidelines and marketing communication. This drives awareness, engagement, and adoption of product offerings. Manages contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring that terms are favorable and aligned with BSWH's strategic goals. Collaborates with commercial leadership, legal, and finance teams to finalize agreements that drive revenue. Develops and executes event, conference, and consortium strategies that enhance brand presence, increase visibility, and drive engagement with target audiences. Key Success Factors Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, branding. 15+ years preferred. Exceptional understanding of sales processes, client segmentation, and contract negotiation. Proven track record of developing and executing successful alternative distribution and business development strategies. Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
