Role: Program Manager roleLocation:- Sunnyvale CAJob description: Role OverviewSeeking a highly experienced Program Manager / Business Analyst with strong Generative AI expertise to lead enterprise AI initiatives from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will drive stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, product definition, and successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of AI programs including planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define AI use cases, product requirements, and roadmaps.Drive product and business requirements for AI-enabled solutions.Collaborate with engineering, data science, and AI teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.Lead executive updates, governance reviews, and cross-functional coordination.RequiredSkills8+ years of Program Management, Product Management, or Business Analysis experience.Strong understanding of Generative AI, including:Large Language Models (LLMs)Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)Agentic AIExperience delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
