Asana Expert / Technical Program Manager

Overview:We are seeking an Asana Expert (or TPM with specialization in Asana) to support multiple teams in maintaining, optimizing, and building Asana projects and workflows. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience using Asana as a primary tool.Responsibilities:Maintain, update, and optimize existing Asana projects and workflows.Build new Asana projects, templates, and structures based on team needs.Create and manage Asana automations, including rules, integrations, and custom workflows.Ensure cross-team alignment by standardizing project setups and best practices.Troubleshoot Asana-related issues and provide guidance to team members.Requirements:Strong hands-on experience using Asana as a primary skill.Strong understanding of Asana project architecture, automation, and workflow design.Experience supporting multiple teams and operational processes.Ability to translate team needs into structured, scalable project setups.Strong communication and organizational skills.
