Exemplify excellent guest service and create a positive atmosphere. Ensure the highest quality of massage treatments to drive guest satisfaction.The Massage Therapist will provide gold standard in spa services by performing massage and or/body treatments. Assess clients' body conditions to determine best treatment practices.Provide exceptional guest service as team members and guests enter the facility.Utilize, maintain, and conduct inventory of necessary supplies and products.The Massage Therapist will maintain cleanliness of work area ensuring it is presentable and stocked after each shift.Demonstrate and sell spa products.The Massage Therapist will upsell and/or recommend upgrades based on availability to enhance the guests experience.Must be open to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Operating Policies and Procedures, Follow all spa policies and procedures.QualificationsCurrent local registration, certification and/or licensure (Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Massage Therapist, Licensed Massage Practitioner, Registered Massage Therapist).Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities (e.g. Deep Tissue, Pre-natal, Hot Rocks, Swedish, etc.).Must have current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification.Minimum one year experience as a massage therapist, or related occupation.Knowledge of industry with the guest service skills to network, engage, and interact with all clients, guests, and participants.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Boyd Gaming is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
