You will work both independently and collaboratively to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. Your role involves growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space. Emerging Middle Market bankers generally focus on companies with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $100 million.Job ResponsibilitiesChampion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindsetStay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnershipsFind ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologiesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsFive plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationshipsUnderstanding of Commercial Banking products and servicesMethodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOsAbility to collaborate with internal partners and resourcesDemonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goalsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partnersDeep local connections and market knowledgePreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsBachelor's degree and xevrcyc formal credit training preferredSales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationshipsStrong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitaskExcellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed, proactive and creativeFEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACTThis position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
