Senior Production Designer – Short Term – Advertising

Job Description: Collaborate with internal teams, Product Owners, Designers, and partner agencies to execute high-quality visual production work.Create, update, and maintain production-ready assets across digital platforms.Prepare clean, organized, and scalable design files following client conventions and workflows.Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, visual consistency, and quality expectations.Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and maintain production accuracy.Support iterative design processes through revisions, updates, and feedback implementation.Maintain consistency across multiple versions, formats, and screen sizes.Work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.Participate in design QA and asset validation when needed.Communicate proactively regarding blockers, timelines, and deliverables.Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Production Design, Visual Design, or Digital DesignAdvanced proficiency in FigmaAdvanced proficiency in Adobe PhotoshopStrong production workflow experience for digital products and marketing assetsExperience working with design systems and brand guidelinesAbility to prepare clean, scalable, developer-friendly design filesAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining speed and qualityNice to have: Experience working with global brands, agencies, or fast-paced creative environmentsNice to have: Familiarity with SketchNice to have: Familiarity with Adobe IllustratorNice to have: Experience collaborating with Product Designers, Art Directors, and EngineersNice to have: Experience creating assets for web, mobile, and marketing channelsNice to have: Motion graphics or basic animation experience (After Effects)Nice to have: Design QA and implementation review experienceNice to have: Experience with enterprise-scale design systemsNice to have: Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and creative toolsBenefits: 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
