DescriptionTitle of role: Short Term Graphic DesignerLocation: Boston, MA; Hybrid (2 days in the office required)Approved Salary Range: $55,000- $57,000This is a 3 month contract to startAbout the Role:The Boutiques Short Term Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and developing digital and print assets to support the Rue La La & Gilt teams. We're looking for someone with the desire to be a part of something big, the training and foundation to create outstanding work daily, a sophisticated aesthetic sense, and the interest to collaborate and succeed in a dynamic retail fashion environment. You'll be joining a team that takes pride in the excellence of everything they do, all while respecting and protecting the integrity of the world-class brands featured on-site.Key Responsibilities:* Execute on-brand design demonstrating considered layout, image composition, typography, and a sophisticated use of color palette● Design a variety of assets for Boutiques, Marketing, and Acquisitions, including Boutique Main doors, advertising assets, and internal creative needs, from conceptualization through final approval● Work collaboratively and constructively on each project with other members on the team including Copywriters, Marketing Managers, Art Directors, Designers, and Brand Operations● Develop designs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality, and be able to shift priorities based on changing calendarsExperience and Background Needed:*
