About the Job Leads local, commercial, and short-haul move operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Oversees warehouse operations, staffing, safety compliance, budgeting, and claims management, while supporting HR and training initiatives. Job Duties You’ll take the lead in driving high-quality, efficient moving operations across local, commercial, and short-haul services. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities, planning workforce needs throughout the year, and ensuring full compliance with safety standards and fleet maintenance requirements. You’ll also handle claims in coordination with the corporate quality team to ensure prompt and fair resolutions. In this role, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service while keeping costs in check and customers satisfied. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to shape branch strategies and monitor budgets. In addition, you’ll take charge of recruiting and developing warehouse staff, and you’ll lead training initiatives in partnership with the corporate office to strengthen team performance and support continued growth.
