Aylo Health offers competitive pay to team members who provide high-quality care, while delivering an exceptional patient experience.JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Patient Services Representative serves as a key member of the Care Team for a designated office and assists with post-visit communications and workflows to facilitate quality healthcare and a best-in-class patient experience. This includes ensuring patient diagnostic imaging, labs, prescriptions, and other activities are processed timely and accurately, and according to the providers’ direction.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Initiate outgoing calls to patients with pending post visit careManage patient care and provider relationManage turnaround time for encountersReceive and process e-prescription request from the pharmacy Call-in and submit patient medication to pharmacy as instructed by providerContact insurance companies to receive prior authorization for medicationCorrespond with providers through electronic medical record system (eClinicalWorks) regarding patient activityAnswers patient inquiries regarding general medical questionsObtain necessary personal and clinical information from patientsAccurately document telephone encounters Receive test results from providers through telephone encountersContact patients by phone in a timely manner, ensuring test results are conveyed accurately and privately following all HIPAA regulations as instructed by the patient recordPerforms other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:High School graduate or equivalent education Proven history of driving a positive patient experienceCompletion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program with a current Medical Assistant Certification/Registration 2+ years’ work experience in a clinical private practice setting with EMR experienceMust be able to work quickly and efficiently to initiate high volume of outgoing callsDemonstrated ability to organize, coordinate, prioritize, and facilitate many on-going tasksProfessional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently or with a teamMust be able to report to work as scheduled without delayProfessional appearance and positive attitudeExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.We offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical insurance with prescription drug coverageDental insuranceVision insuranceCompany-paid basic life insurance401(k) with company matchDependent Care Flexible Spending AccountHealthcare Flexible Spending AccountPaid time offAylo Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer
