ID 225106 Job Type Full-time Tesla participates in the E-Verify Program What to Expect The TSP (Tesla Self Performance) team is the internal construction arm for the Tesla Giga TX factory, with over 1000 employees. In this role you will be supporting the TSP team in managing their activities and be the bridge between the customers (internal manufacturing shops), project controls, procurement, and management. The role requires efficient communication, great presentation skills, highly organized mindset, prominent analytical ability, passion for creativity, strong values that serve Tesla standards. The right candidate has a proven track record of planning and executing multiple parallel complex projects and experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional program performance. As a Technical Program Manager, you are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy on your programs while contributing to the development of tools and processes that improve the organization’s productivity.
