Training Lead (TS/SCI Clearance Required)

Please apply only if you have an active TS/SCI clearance***North Point Technology is seeking an experienced TS/SCI Cleared Training and Communications Lead. In this role you will manage a distributed team of personnel responsible for mission level training, user outreach, and communications for the program. This includes overseeing the development of our web-based outreach portal, the creation and maintenance of training materials, user guides/documentation, videos, newsletters, and managing communications for all program products to our user base. You will also get to assist in conducting mission relevant demonstrations and trainings to the user-base and coordinating communications campaigns to the users and stakeholders to ensure full visibility of our products and capabilities.Applicants should be self-motivated, curious problem solvers with experience with the following tools, processes and technologies:Required Skills:Experience managing small to medium-sized teamsStrong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skillsExperience working with tools in the intelligence community (7+ years)Experience developing materials in a variety of formats – Product Documentation, Briefing, Web, Video, etc. (5+ years)Experience teaching advanced processing, tools, and techniques to non-technical users (5+ years)Preferred Skills:Experience in a training management or instruction roleUnderstanding of advanced technology including machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision, etc.Experience with Object Based Production (OBP)Experience with training in the classroom and virtual settingsExperience producing documentation - including system manuals, training curriculum, technical documentation (SVD, etc.)Experience using Word, Confluence, Interlink, JIRA, CamtasiaExperience working with Wordpress or similarQualifications:Active Top-Secret SCI clearanceBachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent experienceNorth Point Technology is THE BEST place to work for curious-minded engineers motivated to support our country's most crucial missions!
