Oracle ERP Training Lead
A company is looking for an Oracle ERP Training and Change Management Lead to support a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end training and change management strategy for Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades
Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis and readiness evaluations
Design and manage role-based training programs and facilitate workshops with functional SMEs
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in project or program management
3+ years of experience leading training programs for ERP implementations
Hands-on experience creating training materials and process documentation
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops
Experience supporting Oracle ERP (Fusion preferred) implementations
