The role involves setting a multi-year education and training strategy, defining a future-state learning model that incorporates innovative approaches such as simulation and AI-driven tools, and establishing standards, governance, and an operating model that align with the virtual care environment.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical education, onboarding, or workforce development, and experience in building a tech-enabled learning ecosystem. They will be responsible for owning the education budget, making strategic investment decisions, and driving outcomes related to clinician readiness and performance.
