Solar Service Technician

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dependable Solar Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience, and a willingness to work both on the ground and on the roof when needed.Requirements:Proven experience in solar service and maintenanceStrong working knowledge of SolarEdge and Enphase systemsFamiliarity with both production and consumption meteringUnderstanding of manufacturer communication systems for both SolarEdge and EnphaseAbility to diagnose system issues and perform effective troubleshootingResponsibilities:Service, troubleshooting, and repair residential and commercial solar systemsCreate and manage RMA cases, ensuring proper follow-up through completionClimb and work on rooftops when required for diagnostics and repairsPerform system removals and reinstallsInstall EV chargersInstallation of structural work including collar tie and knee wall installationOperate equipment such as trenchers and complete trenching/backfilling as neededWork Schedule:Start time: 7:00 AM dailyEnd time: When the day's work is completedSaturdays required as neededWhat We're Looking For:Strong work ethic and reliabilityComfortable working outdoors in varying conditionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to take on a variety of tasks beyond standard service workIf you're a skilled solar technician looking for a dynamic role with hands-on responsibilities, we encourage you to apply.
