Exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities may include but not be limited to:Ensure safety is always prioritizedPerform assignments requiring the application of standard criteria, procedures, and techniquesSupport senior environmental personnel with performing site inspections, field sampling, data analysis, research, and preparing reports/mappingComplete and submit field reports in a legible and timely mannerApply standard techniques and procedures for collecting environmental samples (soil, water, groundwater) to complete routine environmental assignmentsUtilize publicly available data, maps, satellite imagery, GIS data and other sources to perform site analysisPrepare reports and correspondence related to assigned projectsStrive to make each project profitable by completing each task efficiently and timelyCommunicate effectively with clients regarding projectsParticipating in business development and customer serviceDesired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology, or other appropriate scientific discipline3-5 years of industry experienceMeets the definition of an Environmental Professional (EP) under All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) rule 40 CFR 312.10Experience performing Phase I or Phase II Environmental Site AssessmentsExperience with the Virginia Petroleum Storage Tank FundMust possess advanced reading, writing and math skillsMust possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving recordMust be available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environmentsTriad Engineering, Inc.
