Mozaic is hiring for a Skills Coordinator! Skills Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in the development, implementation and review/revision of written service plans for individuals. Implements activities and ongoing services to meet outcomes/goals of each individual served based on interests needs and choices. Acts as the on site supervisor in the absence of the Site Supervisor. Provides support and oversight for individuals in activity of daily living and community integration. Advocates for individuals served to protect their rights, meet their needs and increase their independence and well being. Develops written outlines/goals that are clearly stated and measurable, establishes completion criteria and develops step by step methods for implementation and completion with target dates. Administers medications and other nursing services as needed under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Provides individuals assistance on activities of daily living such as grooming, cooking, bathing, toiletings, communication and others as needed to promote and improve independence. Are you qualified?
