Community Habilitation (Com Hab) staff support people in becoming more actively engaged in their communities by offering opportunities to build connections, develop independence, and enhance daily living skills.Community Habilitation offers a variety of skill-building activities, such as cooking classes to promote meal preparation skills, as well as assistance with attending medical appointments, managing finances, and improving cleaning and organizational abilities.In addition to these supports, Community Habilitation also plans recreational outings to encourage social engagement and community participation.
