Production Supervisor

Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our manufacturing department.Direct and coach production operators in the execution of daily/weekly production schedule for multiple packaging lines.Efficiently meet and exceed production goals while maintaining safety, quality and productivity while minimizing wasteCollaborate with the other departments for all production needsReview, interpret and analyze production data to determine if adjustments must be madePartner with Human Resources in the recruitment, hiring and training of personnel and other employee relations issuesEncourage teamwork, and build morale among staffProvide strong leadership to staff in regards to professionalism, courtesy, adhering to policyMay conduct period end inventory and routine raw material inventoryEnforce and maintain SOP's, GMP's, and Safety guidelinesMaintain time and attendance records and track performance for operatorsPerform other duties as assignedRequisition Number6612ShiftFirstQualificationsFive years supervisory experience in production environmentBA/BS preferred.
