The team has a long history of investing across public fixed income strategies including rates, currency and credit on behalf of our clients. Investment ideas are created through collaboration between portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders.Role OverviewThe Municipal research team works closely with the portfolio managers/traders covering credit review and analysis for the municipal platform. The team manages in excess of $170bln across various instruments including separate accounts, mutual funds and ETFs. Credit review responsibilities are across all municipal sectors and from high grade to high yield credit quality.ResponsibilitiesReview investment grade municipal bonds to assess credit-worthinessReviews include new market issues, surveillance and event driven analysisHelp develop and assemble presentation materialsTrack rating agency action and general municipal newsHelp to build technology solutionsQualificationsBS/BA degree2-3 years' work experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience reading financial statementsStrong tech skills including excel, AI experience a plusRating agency or municipal buy-side experience a plus
