The Valve Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting valves and related components used in fluid control systems. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble valves using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixturesRead and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly diagramsInstall components such as coils, springs, seals, plungers, and housingsPerform visual and functional inspections to ensure proper operationConduct basic testing (e.g., electrical continuity, leak testing, pressure testing)Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in parts or finished productsMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standardsTrack and document production output and quality resultsFollow all company safety procedures and guidelinesRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) and basic measuring toolsBasic mechanical aptitude and understanding of small componentsAbility to read simple technical drawings and instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityBasic computer skills for data entry or trackingPreferred QualificationsExperience with electromechanical assemblyFamiliarity with valves or fluid control systemsKnowledge of basic electrical concepts (voltage, resistance, continuity)Work EnvironmentManufacturing or production facilityMay require standing for long periodsRepetitive hand movements and fine motor skills requiredUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25-50 lbs (if applicable)Good hand-eye coordinationAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsSummaryIn this role, you'll build and test precision components that control the flow of liquids or gases, ensuring each unit functions reliably and meets strict quality standards.
