Learning Management System Administrator

A Workday LMS Administrator is needed to partner with HR, Legal/Compliance, business leaders, and external learning vendors to deliver scalable global learning solutions. This role requires hands-on experience administering Workday Learning and supporting enterprise-level L&D operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage external learning vendors and coordinate coaching assignmentsSchedule and support manager training sessions and logisticsTrack LinkedIn Learning engagement and reporting statsSupport global expansion of onboarding and CAA Go! programsAdminister Workday Learning, including content loading, campaigns, maintenance, and reviewsMaintain onboarding planners tied to global rollout initiativesSupport performance management cycles and related training needsDesign and facilitate compliance training as neededCreate learning documentation such as one-sheets, QRGs, and formsProvide operational L&D support, including logistics, facilitation, and scheduling for learning programsRequirementsExperience supporting L&D operations, content management, or digital learning systemsStrong coordination, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and Compliance teamsComfortable working in a hybrid onsite environmentCompensation: $54 to $$58 per hourBenefit offeringsinclude medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
