This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform while driving workflow automation and enterprise service management solutions. Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting Hands-on experience with:Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies ACLs Flow Designer ServiceNow Application Development Experience building REST APIs and integrations using JSON Agile/Scrum experience with Jira Ability to participate across the full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and code reviews Strong communication and collaboration skills Required Certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Preferred Skills ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Conceptual Architecture knowledge Exposure to Machine Learning or Generative AI is a plus
