The Controller will have strong visibility to senior leaders, access to excellent benefits, and clear opportunities for career advancement. This Controller role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Controller supports daily accounting activities across AP, AR, and general ledgerLead monthly close activities, committing to a 3-business day close as ControllerProduce accurate financial reports in accordance with GAAPMaintain accounting records, internal controls, and budgets to mitigate riskThe Controller processes payroll GL files, intercompany transfers, and funding submissionsServe as backup for payroll processing and related functionsComplete balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entitiesAct as the primary Controller contact for audits, cost reports, and 990 filingsPrepare workpapers and schedules for audits and regulatory reviewsSupport operating and capital budget developmentBuild strong cross-functional relationships to reinforce data accuracy and controlsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMBA, CPA, or CMA preferred for the Controller roleAdvanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise-level general ledger systemsProven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesParticipate in required training, meetings, and safety protocolsMaintain professional communication and organizational standardsWhy This RoleCompetitive benefits packageClear opportunities for growth and advancementHigh visibility and partnership with senior leadershipClick here to apply online
