You serve as the liaison between clients and cross-functional teams-helping translate direction, guide execution, and keep work moving forward smoothly and compliantly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of the relationship, partnering closely with others, and ensuring great work gets delivered with clarity and confidence.In this role, you will be deeply involved in medical advertising execution, making hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or medical advertising-and a solid understanding of the regulatory environment-essential. You'll play a key role in bringing tactics to life, confidently shepherding work through the MLR process, and partnering closely with clients and internal teams. Throughout it all, you'll maintain a calm, confident presence that builds trust, keeps work moving forward, and reflects the energy and optimism of a growing agency.Work Environment & LocationThis role is hybrid, with a preference for candidates who can work from our Holmdel, NJ office two days per week. We will prioritize hybrid candidates; however, we are open to remote consideration for the right candidate with the appropriate healthcare advertising agency experience and a strong track record of collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ManagementDevelop Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, budget trackers, monthly reconciliations, and invoicing, including approvals and revisionsDemonstrate strong understanding of client phasing and internal forecastingPartner with senior account leadership and project management to ensure accurate project phasing and budget managementDevelop internal forecasts and work with teams to ensure financial targets are metClient & Account LeadershipOwn the day-to-day client relationship, serving as a trusted and consistent point of contactAct as the liaison between clients and cross-functional agency teams (strategy, medical, creative, project management)Build trust through transparent, timely communication and strong follow-throughLead client meetings and present tactical recommendations, with support from senior account and strategy partners as neededWeigh in on the content and execution of routed materials to ensure alignment with briefsDrive tactical planning and contribute to annual brand planningIdentify opportunities for organic growth within existing client businessDraft initial Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks with oversight and ensure QBRs are scheduled annuallyMentor and support junior team members in their developmentMedical Advertising & ComplianceBring a strong working knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical advertising to all aspects of the workOwn and manage MLR submissions, including routing, documentation, review feedback, and revisionsPartner with medical, legal, regulatory, and internal teams to ensure work is compliant and accurately executedBrand, Market & Category AcumenMaintain an informed perspective on the brand, therapeutic category, and competitive landscapeDevelop a strong understanding of brand clinical data, messaging, and strategic imperativesReview creative work to ensure consistency in messaging, credibility, and brand alignmentCollaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality campaignsWhat We ExpectA collaborative, solutions-oriented mindsetClear communication and confidence in managing client relationshipsAccountability, organization, and attention to detailAn ability to bring teams together and keep work moving forward positivelyEmbodiment of Wedgewood's core values: Wonder, Truth, and UnityThis role is for people who enjoy being at the center of the relationship, collaborating across teams, and helping complex healthcare work move forward thoughtfully and effectively.QualificationsBachelor's degree required4-7 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical advertisingWorking knowledge of the MLR process and healthcare promotional regulationsStrong client relationship and communication skillsProven ability to collaborate across disciplinesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeCompensation & BenefitsWedgewood Health offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including:Competitive salary, commensurate with experienceGenerous paid time off (PTO)15 paid company holidays401(k) retirement planMedical, dental, and vision benefitsHybrid work environment with flexibility and trust
