With four locations across Idaho and Washington, we take pride in providing our customers with top-tier agricultural equipment and exceptional service.We are hiring an experienced Service Technician for our Meridian, Idaho location, who is a self-motivated, hands-on individual with a passion for providing excellent service in the agriculture industry.Key Responsibilities:Performs diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on a wide range of equipment, including customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment, utilizing both basic and advanced diagnostic skills to ensure effective repair and maintenance.Maintain current knowledge of CLAAS, MacDon, and Oxbo equipment as well as competitive productsMaintain the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipmentTravel to the job site to work on equipment and well-performing repairs in a shop settingMaintain a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashionFollow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignmentsComplete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignmentsAccount for all time on repair order and for all material used in performing assigned dutiesProvide excellent customer serviceOther duties as assigned by ManagementQualifications & Experience1+ years of experience performing diesel engine repairs and/or equivalent educational experienceKnowledge of and ability to diagnose, repair and maintain Tractors, Combines, and Forage Harvesters preferredA High School Diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment, following Technical Manual procedures of Agricultural equipmentWelding and fabrication experience preferred.Physically able to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.Able to work longer hours in the busy seasonsStrong time management and communication skillsBasic data entry, customer service, and phone skillsBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO) – accrues with service and tenureMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchCompetitive SalaryFactory and advanced technician training
