We are seeking a motivated Shop Technician at our branch in Caldwell, Idaho. This position will report directly to the Shop Manager.ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a technician who will participate in hands on physical labor in the day-to-day activities of the shop.Hands on experience with light mechanics and welding a plus.Diagnose and repair agricultural spray pumps.Plumbing of propane dispenser cabinets.Occasional equipment delivery. (Class A CDL)Qualifications / SkillsMust be self motivated and have basic computer skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Previous Forklift operations preferred.Handle multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task, organize and prioritize work.Work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 40 plus lbs safely and easily.Ability to maintain / promote safety awareness and follow safety policies.Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.High School degree or GED requiredJob Type: Full TimeSalary: $24 - $26 DOELocation: 906 W Simplot Blvd., Caldwell, Idaho 83605Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pmBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offDISCLAIMERThis Job Description indicates the level and general nature of work expected.
