Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Outside Golf Operations Attendant to join our team at a private country club. This role involves providing exceptional guest services, managing golf-related activities, and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic outdoor environment. Duties Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving conflicts promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and surrounding areas Assist with event management such as tournaments or group outings Engage with guests of all ages, including children, to enhance their overall experience Responsible for All Range Duties Skills Strong customer service and guest relations skills Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest interactions This position offers an engaging outdoor work environment where teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction are paramount.
