This position includes loading and unloading products, verifying orders, providing excellent customer service and maintaining delivery equipment in good working condition./ppstrongDriver Perks:/strong/pullistrongHome daily/strong with local routes no long-haul driving!/lilistrongMonday-Friday/strong workweek enjoy your weekends off!/lilistrongCompetitive pay/strong with the opportunity to earn quarterly incentive bonuses!/lilistrongAnnual pay increases/strong as a driver tenure incentive!/li/ulpstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliSafely operate company delivery vehicles to transport products to customer locations./liliLoad and unload products using pallet jacks, hand trucks or other equipment./liliVerify orders for accuracy and obtain customer signatures upon delivery./liliPerform all rotation, stocking merchandising delivery functions as directed./liliProvide friendly, professional customer service and resolve delivery-related concerns./liliFollow assigned routes and schedules while complying with DOT regulations and company policies./liliMaintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections (fuel, fluids, tires, etc.)./liliComply with all AB safety standards, including submitting all documents as required./liliAdhere to all company policies and state and federal regulations./liliAssist with other duties as assigned./li/ulpstrongRequirements/strong/ppstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliMust be 21 years of age or older/liliValid Drivers license with clean driving record/liliMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen/liliCurrent DOT Physical required or be able to obtain one upon employment/liliHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent/lili1+ years of delivery driving experience/lili1+ years customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience/liliAbility to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks and other warehouse/delivery equipment/liliAbility to obtain pallet jack certification/li/ulpstrongPreferred:/strong/pulli3 + years of delivery driving experience/lili3+ years of customer service, sales or service industry experience/liliExperience in the beverage distribution Industry/liliKnowledge of sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass)/li/ulpstrongDriver Hiring Standards:/strong/pulliNo more than three (3) moving violations combined in the past three (3) years as listed on your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) or Pre-Employment Screen Report (PSR)/liliNo serious violations in the past three (3) years as listed on the MVR or PSR (Including driving under the influence, license suspension, felonies, possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, hit and run accidents, eluding police, violating a state or local law prohibiting texting or use of hand-held mobile phones while driving a CMV./liliNo more than two (2) preventable accidents in the past three (3) years as listed on the MVR, PSR or driver application./liliNo preventable crashes involving the following situations in the past three (3) years as listed on the MVR, PSR or driver application (at fault rear-end collisions, rollovers or jackknife, head on collisions)./liliNot have had three (3) or more jobs in the past twelve (12) months./liliNo failure or refusal of drug or alcohol tests./liliNo abandonment of vehicles, equipment or products./li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong This role requires regular standing, walking and reaching. Must be able to regularly lift and move products ranging from 25 to 170 pounds, as well as climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to carry out the essential duties of the position.
