Skilled Nursing Care Center - Regional Director of Operations (Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care)Overview We are seeking a results-driven Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to oversee the operational performance of multiple skilled nursing facilities. This leadership role partners closely with Executive Directors to ensure regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality outcomes, and consistent operational standards across the region.Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple skilled nursing facilitiesSupport, coach, and hold Executive Directors accountable for performanceEnsure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulationsDrive quality assurance, survey readiness, and performance improvementMonitor financial performance, budgets, and cost-control initiativesImplement operational standards, policies, and best practicesServe as a key liaison with regulatory agencies and internal leadershipQualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)Multi-facility leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term careStrong knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, and quality metricsProven operational, financial, and leadership expertiseExcellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel within the region as neededBenefits Medical, Dental, Vision401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)
