Join us and be a part of shaping purposeful and inspiring spaces.Role DescriptionAspire Homes is looking for a part-time Interior Design Intern to support our growing residential construction and renovation business in the Triangle area.This role will work directly with our Design & Selection Coordinator and be involved in both client-facing selections and behind-the-scenes design organization. We’re looking for someone who is organized, design-minded, and excited to learn how selections come together in real-world residential projects.What you’ll be doing:Assist clients with interior and exterior selections for new construction and renovation projectsSupport the Design & Selection Coordinator during client meetings and selection presentationsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials, finishes, and fixturesHelp build and maintain a centralized selections database for client useResearch current design trends (interior and exterior) and bring fresh ideas to the teamOrganize samples, catalogs, and digital selection materialsAssist with documenting selections and keeping projects on trackWhat we’re looking for:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design or related fieldStrong eye for design, materials, and color coordinationHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable working with clients and vendorsSelf-starter who can take initiative and follow throughFamiliarity with basic design tools (SketchUp, Canva, Adobe, or similar is a plus)Interest in residential construction and real estate is a big plusDetails:Part-time (flexible hours)Based in Raleigh, NC (some in-person work required)Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential design, construction, and client interactionIf you’re looking to get real-world experience and be part of a growing residential development team, we’d love to connect.
