Proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), hybrid Agile sprint cycles, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse (DW) development lifecycles. Experience in state or federal compliance reporting, Advanced Planning Documents (APD), and MIRP standards. Experience with AI prompting strategies, query templates, and data synthesis tools. Experience in data governance, data quality principles, and technical requirements translation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ResponsibilitiesDirect the strategic execution of enterprise data integration hubs and analytics programs. Manage scrum of scrums ceremonies to synchronize technical workstreams across Agile sprint teams. Transform complex analytics intakes into actionable project artifacts, epics, and technical stories. Develop a library of standardized AI prompts and query strategies for complex data reporting. Oversee the integration of disparate internal and external data sources for official agency reporting. Validate technical visualizations and data outputs to ensure adherence to governance regulations. Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and establish mitigation strategies across engineering and program teams.
