Enrollment Specialist - Part-Time

Job TypePart-timeDescriptionSt. John the Baptist Catholic Academy is seeking a motivated and organized Enrollment Specialist to help grow our school community and share our mission of Catholic classical education.Hours:* Part-time: 5 hours per week on-site (required by diocesan policy).* Additional hours as needed.* You can have a flexible schedule. Hours can be spread across multiple days or completed in a single day - you choose!* May include occasional after-school hours or occasional Saturdays for Open Houses (we can discuss)Responsibilities:* Develop and maintain a marketing strategy to promote the school, including social media, email newsletters, church bulletin pages, and other outreach materials* Plan, coordinate, and host monthly Open Houses for prospective families, including tours and Q&A sessions* Work with provided photos and information to create engaging promotional content* Maintain and update an alumni list to share updates and newsletters* Communicate the school's mission, values, and classical Catholic vision to prospective families with enthusiasm and professionalismQualifications:* Passion for Catholic classical education and the ability to share its vision persuasively* Excellent communication, organizational, and marketing skills* Comfortable interacting with families, staff, and parishioners* Experience with social media, newsletters, or marketing preferred* Dependable, self-motivated, and flexibleThis is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on the school community while working a flexible schedule.Salary Description
