About the Role We’re seeking a Software Engineer who’s eager to grow their skills in data acquisition, test automation, and process control systems. This role is ideal for early career engineers who want hands on experience working with real hardware, real data, and real engineering challenges—while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. Pay: $50–$60/hour (depending on experience) What You’ll Be Working On Under the guidance of experienced engineers and managers, you’ll support the development and testing of control and data acquisition systems, including: Designing, modifying, and implementing software applications for test and process control systems Supporting PLC programming and control systems, with exposure to Allen Bradley and Beckhoff platforms Developing and maintaining software using LabVIEW or similar programming tools Assisting with the integration of test instruments such as: Power analyzers and power supplies Pressure and temperature scanners Flow meters, pressure transmitters, and actuators Participating in test reviews, analysis, witnessing, and software certification Supporting software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Following established engineering processes while building confidence and technical judgment Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in software development focused on data acquisition, test, or process control systems Exposure to PLC programming, especially Allen Bradley or Beckhoff Programming experience with LabVIEW or equivalent tools Familiarity with integrating hardware and instrumentation into control systems Nice to Have Skills Experience with additional programming languages Academic or internship experience in test automation or industrial systems Curiosity, strong problem solving skills, and a desire to learn from others Why Join Us?
