Director of Product Marketing (SaaS)Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)Compensation: $160,000–$175,000 base + bonus + equityBenefits: Comprehensive benefits packageAbout the RoleA fast-growing technology company is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to build and lead its product marketing function from the ground up. This is a highly visible, strategic role where you will partner closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, strengthen partner programs, and support growth across an established enterprise client base.This opportunity is ideal for a leader who thrives in a build-stage environment and can bring both innovative thinking and hands-on execution to scale marketing programs and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute go-to-market strategies to support product growth and customer demandLead, activate, and optimize partner marketing programs, including hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)Drive implementation and effectiveness of marketing automation and analytics tools, including Salesforce and related platformsCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to align messaging, positioning, and executionIdentify opportunities to improve and scale current programs through new strategies, frameworks, and processesDevelop clear, compelling messaging for enterprise audiences and strategic partnersPresent marketing strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholdersEstablish the foundation for future team growth and build out the product marketing function over timeQualifications8–10+ years of experience in product marketing within a SaaS or technology environmentExperience working with or supporting hyperscaler or partner marketing programs (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud preferred)Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and program scalingHands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystemAbility to balance strategic leadership with tactical execution in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and external partnersInnovative, solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of building and evolving marketing programs
