Apply via Dice today!ServiceNow Implementation Consultant SAM Pro & HAMLocation : Lafayette, IN HybridDuration : 6 to 12 months 1099 or W2 Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure SAM Pro and HAM modules in ServiceNow.Assess asset management processes and define future state improvements.Set up discovery integrations (SCCM, JAMF, etc.) and data normalization.Build workflows, reports, dashboards, and publisher packs.Enable software reclamation and hardware lifecycle tracking.Provide training, documentation, and support to teams.Collaborate with IT, procurement, and security teams ensuring compliance and best practices.Qualifications:Experience with ServiceNow platform implementations, especially SAM Pro & HAM.Strong understanding of software licensing, asset lifecycle, and discovery tools.Experience integrating with SCCM, JAMF, Flexera, etc.Familiarity with CMDB and data models.ServiceNow certifications (CIS SAM, CIS HAM, ITAM) preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred:Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, ITOM, and integration hubs.Knowledge of software audits and compliance risks.
