Aesthetic Medical Practitioners will be responsible for assessing and providing patients with aesthetic medical services including but not limited to cosmetic injections (i.e neurotoxins, dermal filler), laser therapy (i.e BBL, HALO) and laser hair removal.What You Will DoProvide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each patient's needs and objectivesEducate patients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructionsAcknowledge and respond to relevant patient queries, needs and expectationsApply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for treatmentFor mid-level providers and above (NP, PA, MD, ND and DO), provide in clinic GFE (good faith exam) support when needed, as licensure permitsEnsure patient safety at all timesSuggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the companyClean and maintain equipment and inventory of productsFollow established treatment protocolsKeep track of and update patient charts; take before and after photosGenerate and maintain a patient baseAttend trainings and meetingsAssist with other duties as assignedOccasional travel may be required to our other locations for trainingWhat You Will BringSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseActive Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Naturopathic Doctor (ND) license required to practice in the state of employment2+ years of experience desiredExperience in a clinic setting preferredLaser experience preferredExisting clientele is a plusExceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with patients, peers and managersAbility to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the businessAbility to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervisionProficient with emailSocial media experience is a plusAvailability to work evenings and weekendsPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of: standing, bending or stooping; use of hands and arms to touch, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controls; reaching with hands and arms; repeating of same movements; talking and hearingOccasional periods of: sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancing; pushing/pulling heavy objects and/or machineryBenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits package which includes generous employee discounts, Friends & Family discounts and a beautiful working environment with a stellar team.
