This role will be responsible for implementation and integration of Highway’s products, including participating in demonstrations, ensuring customer readiness and product activation.Your role:Working with Highway customers on implementation of Highway’s productsIntegrating APIs, experience with Postman or ReadMe preferredAssisting the Sales team by participating in customer demonstrations and answering technical questionsTracking go-live dates and deadlines to meet business needs on implementation milestonesOwn technical configuration and troubleshootingQualificationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to meet implementation deadlines, manage customers expectations and deliver on timelinesHighly organized with a technical aptitude for software integrations and implementationsWorking closely with internal/external dev resourcesAbility to read and interpret code is highly desiredSQL is highly preferredUnderstands how to problem solve, work around customer requirements and find solutionsWorks with a sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlinesExcellent with client engagement and understanding of customer needs and technical requirements .Familiarity with technical systems administration and database management is highly preferred.This position is in-office in Dallas, TX.Key Work Objectives:Customer ImplementationTechnical Integrations
