Lead Business Analyst
Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is looking for a Business Analyst with Content Creation Focus. This is a brand new role within the organization, offering a great opportunity to make a significant impact. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, including Engineers and Tech Leads, to understand various products that are typically unknown to the internal audience. The role involves creating creative content to explain and visualize these products to Disney's Full-Time Employees (FTEs). While coding skills are not required, the candidate should possess enough technical knowledge to converse with stakeholders. What the right candidate will enjoy:Opportunity to make a significant impact in a new roleCollaboration with technical teamsCreative freedom in content creation What type of experience does the right candidate have:Experience similar to a Business AnalystAbility to edit and create contentMid-level technical knowledge What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:Develop and execute multi-channel change and adoption campaigns for IAM initiatives (email, intranet, digital signage, presentations, and video).Translate complex IAM and cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging messaging tailored to diverse audiences.Create compelling storytelling frameworks that connect IAM services to user outcomes (e.g., “why it matters” and “what’s changing”).Design and produce short-form explainer videos, walkthroughs, animations, and product demos for IAM services.Collaborate with technical SMEs to script, storyboard, and simplify IAM concepts into visual narratives.Maintain a consistent visual identity for IAM communications and evolve a video- first communication strategy.Support live or recorded training sessions, webinars, and onboarding videos.Build and execute adoption plans for IAM initiatives in partnership with change management and product teams.Develop user-facing assets such as job aids, FAQs, quick reference guides, and interactive learning content.Support rollout activities for IAM capabilities including SSO, MFA, PAM, identity governance, and access provisioning.Act as a bridge between IAM engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure messaging clarity and alignment.Facilitate feedback loops and incorporate user insights into communication and content improvements.Own and evolve IAM content on the IAM Services Portal (Confluence or similar platforms).Track engagement metrics across communications and video content (views, completion rates, feedback, adoption signals).Continuously refine communication strategies based on data and user feedback
