DescriptionMandatory Skills: Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets/DAMPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to optimize and automate the end-to-end digital content marketing lifecycle. This role serves as the bridge between senior stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on leveraging Adobe Workfront in conjunction with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). You will manage the full feature lifecycle—from eliciting requirements for journey orchestration to production deployment—ensuring efficiency across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Real-Time CDP environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAEP & Journey Analysis: Translate business needs into functional specifications for Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Marketing and Data leaders to understand challenges in content creation and audience orchestration.Workfront Configuration: Act as the SME for Workfront, designing workflows that integrate seamlessly with AEM Assets and AEP modules.Agile Management: Maintain a backlog of Epics and User Stories focused on AEP application integrations and marketing automation.Testing & UAT: Lead UAT sessions to ensure that journeys and data mappings in AJO and RT-CDP meet business governance and quality standards.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 5-7+ years as a BSA supporting large-scale enterprise applications.Core Adobe Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront.AEP Focus: Direct experience or strong functional knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).Workflow Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital marketing lifecycle, including content orchestration and asset management via AEM Assets.Agile Proficiency: Expertise in writing concise User Stories and managing Agile lifecycles.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, phones, and photocopiers.Physical DemandsThis position requires the frequent and repetitive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
