This is a high-impact role supporting 7 locations across Western New York.If you are mechanically inclined, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping spaces running smoothly, this role offers steady work, flexibility, and long-term opportunity in a mission-driven organization.What You’ll Be Responsible For Inspecting and maintaining gym equipment at our 4 MOG fitness locations Performing minor equipment and facility repairs; coordinating larger repairs with vendors Responding to and tracking maintenance requests across all 7 Trilogy Wellness sites Working directly with approved contractors and service providers Managing parts, supplies, and basic inventory needs Traveling between locations weekly (and as needed for urgent issues) Assisting with new location setups and equipment installation as we expandWhat We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in maintenance, facilities, equipment repair, or a similar hands-on role Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Ability to safely lift and move 50+ lbs.
