Review and confirm all order acknowledgements and re-acknowledgements prior tosubmittal to the customer. Act as the primary point-of-contact for the company regarding customer inquiries, i.e.,order status, pricing, etc. Understand customer end-item capacity and usage of Fairfield supplied components andassemblies. Solicit and maintain 12 month forecast information regarding customer end items orDana Fairfield supplied components and assemblies. Visit customer facilities and host customer visits (minimal) Prepare and present customer and management briefings Review and authorize returned goods requests Support Accounts Receivable in resolving customer debits Coordinate activities to resolve customer complaints and achieve customer satisfaction Understand and operate within ISO standards and proceduresKnowledge & Skills Summary Self-motivated and ability to work in a team environment Good communication skills, both oral and written Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to deliver high level of customer service and proven track record of followingthrough with assignments.This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
