This has 16 private rooms. 1 to 6/7 ratios. Ideal Staffing plan- 3 RNs/2 techs. We have 1-3 techs on the unit depending on the census and the acuity of the patients. Centrak badges for increased safety (like a panic button) Protective services dispatched immediately when pressed.
